Introducing Full Tensor Gravity surveying for geothermal energy exploration

Before commencing our first geothermal energy project, we intend to survey the area with an Air-FTG® Full Tensor Gravity (FTG) Gradiometry and magnetic survey undertaken by Bell Geospace, who will fly the Basler BT-67 plane over the area to gather this data. 

FTG measures the rate of change of gravity caused by subsurface geology. This rate of change is measured in all directions and is used to produce a series of maps of the subsurface.
