Anthony has over 25 years of experience in the natural resources sector, having served as an Executive Chairman or CEO to three London Stock Exchange AIM-listed oil & gas companies. Prior to that, he worked as a General Counsel/Head of Commercial for various energy companies, with a mix of work at large multinationals and smaller independent companies. During his career he has led and advised on a wide variety of complex deals and negotiations with IOCs, large and small independents and regulators across Africa, Europe, South America and the Middle East. Anthony holds a B.A. from the University of Western Australia and a Law degree from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. He is a member of the AIPN and previously sat on the legal committee of Oil & Gas UK.

John has over 35 years’ international experience, most recently as a senior executive leader and Board member in the public and private energy sector. He has a strong track record in delivering successful commercial and technical outcomes in a diverse set of majors, independent energy operators, and start-up energy technology companies. Instrumental in creating four public and eleven private energy companies on four continents, John is a Co-Founder and Board Director of ZeroGeo Energy. He holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geophysics with Geology, and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geology.

Founder Director

Edward has spent his career managing, diversifying and expanding businesses within the services sector. Prior to founding EDR, an independent consultancy to the energy industry, he grew his former business into the 2nd largest seismic consultancy before leading a Private Equity backed management buyout, overseeing service line diversification strategy involving international growth, acquisition, debt refinancing, fund raising and corporate restructuring.

With a strong background in client management, he has overseen simultaneous operations in 25 countries and has developed a successful geophysical, environmental and renewables business supporting clients within the energy transition.

Legal and Regulatory Counsel

Julia is an experienced transactional lawyer having worked for over 20 years in both private practice and in-house roles. She has held positions in finance, corporate and technology industries, with a specific focus on M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance. She has broad experience advising on structures and transactions with multinational footprints, including regulatory and pan-EU law matters. Julia is dual-qualified in Germany and England & Wales. She holds a Law degree and Ph.D. from Heidelberg University in Germany.

Vice President Subsurface

Steve has 35 years of international experience as a Geophysicist and Project Manager in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions. He has worked for a number of Energy Majors including Texaco, BG Group, Shell and Petro-Canada and has a wealth of experience in subsurface modelling and drilling operations. He has operational experience in conducting geophysical programs onshore including high resolution gravity and 3D seismic projects and is an expert in subsurface data integration. Steve holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geophysics & Geology, and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geology from Imperial College London.

Senior Geoscientist

Jeanette is a broad integrative geoscientist with specialized expertise in seismic stratigraphic interpretation of deepwater clastic stratigraphy. She has 11+ years in-depth oil and gas project management experience. Her technical tools and business acumen include regional mapping and analysis, prospect identification, and 3D visualisation of seismic data.

Structural Geology & Geospatial Systems

Teo is a geologist with specialized expertise in structural geology and tectonics, and a broad background in environmental science and climatology. He is well versed in the latest findings regarding the local geology of Switzerland and has been involved in the structural and hydrological analysis of several Swiss deep drilling operations. His technical tools include mapping, image analysis and 3D modeling. Teo holds a B.Sc. in Geoscience from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Bern, Switzerland.
